Cheeses

CAMEMBERT:
French cheese made from cow’s milk. A semi soft cheese with a mild hint of mushroom, garlic and truffle. When ripe it is slightly meaty and has a salty finish.
PICKWICK CHEDDAR:
An English cheddar cheese with caramelized onions. It has a burst of sweet onion flavor followed by toasted caramel with a hint of salt and earthiness.
GORGONZOLA:
Originally from Italy, made from cow’s milk, it is a vined blue cheese that buttery, crumbly and has a salty finish.
PEPERONCINO:
A Wisconsin cheese that uses local cow’s milk. It is aged a minimum of 5 months. It is a smooth mellow cheese with spicy flavors of red hot peppers.
MANCHEGO:
Spanish cheese made from sheep’s milk. It has a mild, sweet, slightly briny and nutty flavor. It has a firm and slightly oily texture.
